Incontro con gli stakeholders!

We started the day by having breakfast eachone in their respective apartments. Then we went to the auditorium to activate ourselves with an energizer from the Greek team. Next we have started with the activities of the project. On the first place, we have been separated by national groups and we have done a dynamic that consisted of finding out which are the ten most used ingredients in each country.
After this introductory exercise, we have again divided into different groups of diverse nationalities, working out what foods are eaten in different countries of the world, just with the help of a photo.
To end the morning, we have received the visit of three experts in food production: Pietro Talarico, society of Patata della Sila, Sandro Scalercio km 0 and circular economy and Rossana Vulcano, agriculture lawyer.
We went again to Gulio to have lunch, this day we had spaghetti with fish and pork for the second dish. After lunch we had a break to rest and prepare for the afternoon activities. We met as usual in the auditorium at 15:20pm at usual and we started with an activity for our mixed groups in which we had to find out the top 10 most famous and rich companies that are food producers. Then we continued with an energizer led by the Greek team, it consisted of creating a picture with elements on it and each person was an element, it started with a person being a tree and then the winner of each picture stayed as a character and created a new scene. After our energizer we did a game in which each team was a different planet and each had to run and catch as much provisions as possible (the provisions were rice) in this activity we could see that the last groups didn’t get as much rice as the first groups participating. That game was a clear example of how if we don’t use wisely our sources they will be no left for the others. Then we did a game with a ball of wool in which each person was an element of nature (persons were organised into groups of the same element they were) and we were passing the ball to eachother. We saw that after passing it through everyone it created a web, each person was letting go the wool they were holding, and we had a great reflexion that if one element of the web is contaminated and falls, the whole web falls. After that activity each participant went to do the cooking workshop: the Spanish team did gazpacho and tortilla de patatas ; Latvian team prepared a dessert that consisted of apple pudding with whip cream ; Greek team cooked Loukoumades and finally our Romanian team prepared Coltunasi with cheese (ravioli). To finish the day the local community of Fuscaldo prepared to the Erasmus people an event at Gulio’s in which we all had fun and shared good times together.
